Christopher S. Smitherman is the founder of the Smitherman Law Firm, PLLC. He grew up in Franklin, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. Before founding the firm, Mr. Smitherman clerked with the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office and later worked for a civil litigation firm in Houston.
